• Technical revision of mining studies, projects and other research materials for the opening of surface and underground mines;
• Technical revision of mining studies, projects and other research materials on the exploitation of surface and underground mines of all kinds of minerals;
• Technical revision of mining studies, projects and other research materials for the processing of minerals;
• Technical revision of mining studies, projects and other environmental related research materials for the opening, exploitation and processing of mineral resources;

Documentation required
• Formal request from the physical and juridical entities, resident or foreigner

Procedure:
• Administration of the request and the mining study and project;
• Documentation assessment;
• Prepare the report on technical review and submit it for approval to the Technical Council of AKBN.

Costs
On the basis of the Order of the Minister of Energy and Industry (MEI) No.250, dated 31.12.2013 “On the approval of fees in the mining sector” and on the law No. 43 of Minister of MEI , dated 28.01.2014 “ On the approval of additional fees in the mining sector “ the fee for the technical revision of studies, projects or research materials is 800 Euro (eight hundred).
