Pursuant to Articles 78, 81 paragraph 1 and 83 paragraph 1 of the Constitution, proposed by the Council of Ministers,
Article 1
This law aims to create the necessary legal basis for establishing rules and making obligatory take measures to maintain the heat in the building.
Article 2
For the purposes of this law, the terms used have the following meanings:
“Building” means an edifice, a set of premises, residential environment, the production service to public or private.
“Thermal installation” means thermo equipment along with network connector, which serve for heating and cooling the internal environment of buildings.
“Central heating” means a heating system that supplies thermal energy to one or more apartments.
“Local heating” means a heating system that supplies thermal energy a group of buildings separated by
each other.
