Following the cooperation with the experts of the United Nations Economic Office (UNECE), the final workshop was organized at the National Agency of Natural Resources, on April 4, 2024. under the theme “Designing Albania’s readiness for a green and just-transition in the coal post mining areas”.

The Executive Director, Mr. Petrit Malaj, while opening this meeting, evaluated the study as a support on minimizing the hazardous effects of emissions and pollution, in the areas that have been exploited for coal mining in our country.
