The American Commercial Law Development Program in cooperation with the Bureau of Energy Resources of US Department of State, held today, on April 2, at the premises of “Garden Inn” Hotel in Tirana, the workshop on the topic:          ” Albania Minerals Governance – Legal and Regulatory Best Practices ”

After the welcome remarks, the workshop addressed the discusions on negotiation of agreements for the benefit of the community, governance practices, and introduction to mine life cycle topics.
A summary of the discussions and conclusions were presented at the end of this workshop.
