DECISION. 38 dated 16.1.2003

On approval rates, terms and conditions of design and construction, production and preserve the heat in buildings.

Pursuant to Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 5 of Law no. 8937, dated 12.9.2002 “To preserve the heat in buildings” with the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Energy, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

1. Approval of norms, rules and terms of design and construction, production and storage of heat in the buildings, which are attached to this decision.
2. Persons, physical or legal, to develop projects for the construction of buildings, public and private, to implement the norms, rules and terms of design and construction, production and storage of heat in buildings, approved by this decision.
3. CTR municipalities and counties to adopt building permits, only after they are meeting standards, rules and terms of design and construction, production and storage of heat in the building, defined in this decision.
